This is usually due to the fact that when you type in your credit card info and 3 digit cc code, you ALSO need to type in your zip code. This field is a little hard to see - so please be sure to LOOK for this field. If you don't fill it in, it will tell you you have an incomplete zip code!
OR, this could be an issue as well on the Postal Code difference between where the card has been issued and the Postal Code that you are using right now. Please try checking out as well using the same Postal Code of the card where it has been issued.
